We know that billing for NDIS transport can be tricky. We’ve made it simple with our app.
A lot of our clients often transports people around in their accessible vehicle to ad hoc appointments. They traditionally have either kept log books that their accounts team inputs each fortnight, or they’ve just written it off as an expense.
QuickClaim has made it really simple to claim ad hoc transport from the NDIA.
We make unique QR codes for NDIS participants, that, with their consent, link to their records in PRODA and your CRM. (Read more about our QR technology here)
You can use your phone to scan the QR code on a participant’s QuickClaim card when they step in and out of the vehicle.
With the click of one button on the app, you can claim it from the NDIA immediately. If they’re agency managed, the claim goes straight through to PRODA, and you have the money in your account by the time you get back from the appointment.
If the participant is self- or plan-managed, the invoice goes straight to the participant or plan manager and is logged in your company’s accounting system.
